CASAI Keeps the history throughout the flow.

CASAI links quantity claims, documentation, dialogue and decisions. Review and decisions are carried out by the project's responsible roles.

Shared documentation for the project's parties

In the project's ongoing quantity regulation, the client and contractor needed to handle quantity claims, forecasts and the associated documentation. The project organisation needed to see which documents had been submitted, which questions remained and what had been decided.

The aim was to bring the information together so that review and follow-up could start from the same history.

Specialist support in a single digital process

Diagona contributed quantity control and client support. CASAI was used as the platform for quantity claims, forecasts and review of quantities.

Quantity claims were linked to calculations and documentation. Questions and supplements were handled in the same flow, so the dialogue stayed with the documentation through to the decision.

A clearer path from quantity claim to decision

The contractor registered quantity claims and attached documentation. Site management and project management could then review, request supplements and document their decisions with access to the consolidated information.

This made the review simpler and faster. The shared history also reduced the need to work out which version or earlier assessment applied.

Better conditions for financial follow-up

Approved quantity claims became part of the project's financial follow-up and forecasting. Quantity claims lacking sufficient support could be identified and handled before they affected the project's finances.

For the project organisation, this way of working meant a better overview, clearer decision trails and fewer discussions about history and documentation.
