Quantities, contracts and surveying since 2015

Diagona is a specialist in quantity regulation and contract management in the construction and civil engineering industry. We combine specialist knowledge with the CASAI platform so that quantities, contracts and financial regulation are kept together.

Since 2015 we have worked with surveying consultancy services and with digitalising the industry. Our services in quantity regulation, construction contract law and contract matters support project management and financial control.

  David Söderström

  Founder & CEO

  David is an entrepreneur and business leader with around 20 years of experience in business ownership, technical development and the construction and civil engineering industry. As founder and CEO of Diagona, he leads the company's strategic development in surveying, quantity and contract regulation, and contract economics.

  His business ventures have included programming, systems development and international trade in construction machinery. Together with experience from production at Peab and as head of surveying at Longitud Teknik, this gives him a broad perspective on technology, organisation and business development.

  David also has experience of developing AI and is an active investor on the stock market. His background in systematic trading strategies, automated trading and data-driven analysis combines a technical interest with a structured approach to risk and decision-making.

  As product owner and architect behind CASAI, he turns industry knowledge and technical expertise into digital ways of working for contract management and financial follow-up. The focus is on clearer decision support and better commercial control for clients and contractors.

  Jonas Isaksson

  Associate Partner & Quantity Contract Manager

  Jonas is a specialist in quantity and contract regulation with experience of civil engineering projects since 2013. His background is on the contractor side, where he has worked with both production surveying and quantity regulation in construction contracts and collaborative contracts. He also has experience of leading and coordinating specialist work in surveying and quantity regulation.

  In his assignments, Jonas connects survey data, models and production documentation with the contract's rules for measurement and payment. He works with quantity review, check measurement and financial follow-up, with particular emphasis on AMA and MER (Swedish standard specifications and measurement rules).

  Jonas also contributes to the development of CASAI by bringing the practical needs of projects into the platform's ways of working. His focus is on creating documentation that can be followed, reviewed and verified, so that the project's parties have a shared basis for regulation and decisions.

  Charlott Vidh

  Quantity Contract Manager

  Charlott has over 30 years of experience of surveying and quantity regulation in civil engineering. Her background covers contracting, consultancy and municipal work, with extensive experience of leading and coordinating surveying work. Her previous employers include JVAB, Clinton Mätkonsult and Botkyrka kommun.

  At Diagona, Charlott reviews documents, quantity documentation and the conditions for regulation. She combines specialist surveying expertise with an understanding of the conditions in production and of how technical deviations affect the project's finances.

  Her strength lies in identifying ambiguities, assessing the reliability of documentation and making complex questions understandable to the project's parties. Through her experience of fieldwork, technical review and coordination, she contributes to a structured way of working in which work carried out, documentation and financial regulation fit together.

  Richard Kullenberg

  Sales & Partner Manager

  Richard has extensive experience of sales, business development and leadership in technology and digitalisation. He has held commercial roles with responsibility for the Nordic and Baltic region, including at Autodesk, Link11 and Arxan Technologies. His experience covers building sales teams, partner networks and customer relationships in several markets.

  At Autodesk, Richard worked with digital solutions for architecture, engineering and construction. He has also been a regional manager in the Swedish Sea Rescue Society (Sjöräddningssällskapet), with experience of operational leadership and organisational development.

  At Diagona, Richard is responsible for sales and partnerships connected to the specialist business and CASAI. He works closely with customers and partners to understand their needs, shape relevant offerings and establish long-term collaborations. The focus is on connecting the challenges of projects with the right expertise, support and digital ways of working.
