A service describes what is to be done. A way of working describes how you buy it. You keep decisions, approval and contractual responsibility. Scope and price are set in the assignment.

Contract Control Platform
You run the process in CASAI
- In short
- CASAI is implemented and becomes the shared workspace for the contract management process in the project.
- Suited for
- One or more projects, or later an entire organisation.
- What you get
- CASAI Core and the project configuration specified in the agreement, with standard support. The exact scope is set in the proposal.
- Responsibility
- The customer reviews, verifies and makes formal decisions. Diagona contributes implementation and method support when this is included.
- Not included
- Legal assessment and contractual responsibility remain with the customer.
Contract Control Advisory
A defined specialist question
- In short
- A quantity, a variation, unclear documentation or a risk of dispute needs a defined assessment.
- Suited for
- One question at a time, once or on a recurring basis. CASAI is not always needed for a single question.
- What you get
- A documented assessment, risk and next steps within the agreed scope.
- Responsibility
- Diagona owns the specialist assessment. The customer owns decisions, approval and commercial choices.
- Not included
- Ongoing control and operation of the platform are agreed separately, not as part of a single question.
Managed Contract Control
Ongoing control
- In short
- Diagona runs an agreed control function, with or without CASAI as platform support. It is an ongoing function, not unlimited staffing. You keep decisions, approval and contractual responsibility.
- Suited for
- Recurring work within an agreed scope.
- What you get
- Ongoing review, reports at the frequency set in the agreement and notice to you when a deviation needs your decision.
- Responsibility
- Diagona is responsible for the agreed control and analysis, and raises deviations with you when they need a decision. The customer always keeps formal decisions, approval and contractual responsibility, unless something else is expressly agreed.
- Not included
- The customer keeps project responsibility. Diagona's input is the scope and hours set in the agreement. CASAI is only included when agreed, and the platform is then priced separately, not as part of a consultancy fee.

The same way of working can be used across several projects. This is called Enterprise. It is scale, not a separate package and not a discount.
