This policy applies to the website of Diagona AB. It is a marketing site for companies and projects. It describes the processing that the site carries out.

The site shows information about Diagona. Personal data is processed to receive and answer an enquiry, and to keep track of the contact that follows from it.
The site uses no marketing cookie and no newsletter. Sending the form does not sign you up for a newsletter or any other subscription.
Cookies and visitor statistics
CookieYes shows the consent banner and saves your choice. Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics are only used if you accept analytics cookies. Necessary cookies are not enough for them to load.
Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the site, for example page views, clicks and heatmaps. Google Analytics is used for visitor statistics. The data is processed by Microsoft and Google.
Legal basis
The basis for receiving and answering an enquiry is that you ask us to get in touch ahead of a possible assignment.
The basis for keeping track of the contact afterwards is a legitimate interest in following up an enquiry that you yourself have sent. The form does not ask for consent, and the data is not used for mailings.
What data
The form on the contact page receives name, email and message. The name is split into first name and last name. The first word becomes the first name and the rest the last name. A name with a single word is sent only as a first name. The need you select is placed first in the message. There is no field for company and no field for phone. The form does not accept attachments.
The enquiry is also sent with the address of the page, without query parameters and anchors, and the page title. If your browser already has HubSpot's visitor cookie, it is sent along. The site does not itself set any such cookie.
When the form is connected, the data is sent to HubSpot. When it is not connected, nothing is sent or stored that way.

The server may temporarily use your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. The IP address is not sent to HubSpot and is not stored together with the enquiry.
Recipients
Diagona receives the enquiry. When the form is connected, the data is stored in HubSpot, which is Diagona's customer register. HubSpot processes the data on Diagona's behalf, as a data processor. According to HubSpot's standard terms, a data processing agreement is included in the agreement between Diagona and HubSpot.
HubSpot, Inc. is based in the USA, and the data may be transferred to the USA. According to HubSpot's standard terms, the transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which HubSpot, Inc. is certified, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Storage
The data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any continued business contact with you. It is deleted if you request it.
Your rights
You can request access to personal data concerning you, and you can request rectification, erasure or restriction. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also request to receive data you have provided yourself.
You can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten). The authority's website is imy.se.
